ischemia > infarct/necrosis > fibrosis/scar tissue

 

1. local hyperkalemia (K+ 증가, local acidosis)
2. action potential 모양의 변화 (> T wave 변화)
3. 막전위 less negative (depolarized) (> ST segment 변화)
4. Sodium channel inactivation : no action potential and no contraction (> ST segment 변화)
5. electrically inactive (reversible) (> Q변화)
6. cell death (membrane rupture, necrosis - irreversible) (> cardiac biomarker 상승) (> Q변화)
7. scar tissue (> Q변화)

Sub endocardial ischemia/infarct : ST depression (~ resting 전위가 전체적으로 올라간 것)

Transmural ischemia/infarct : ST elevation (~ resting 전위가 전체적으로 내려간 것)
