autonomic nervous system : sympathetic, parasympathetic, enteric 

 

> peripheral nerve

primary sensory afferents : A-beta(: light touch, moving) > A-delta(: pain) > C(unmyelinated, : pain)

motor neurons 

sympathetic postganglionic neurons

 

> primary afferent nociceptors(=pain receptor) : A-delta & C / 자체적으로 자극물질을 방출 가능 : polypeptide mediators(substance P, calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), cholecystokinin)

 

> nociceptor의 반응

 - 환경 변화 : heat, intense cold, intense mechanical distortion(ex. pinch), changes in pH(특히 산성)

- chemical irritants : adenosine triphosphate(ATP), serotonin, bradykinin (BK), histamine
