위산 분비 조절 (Parietal cell)

위산은 위의 Parietal cell(벽세포)에서 분비된다. - Parietal cell 기능 : HCl(위산), intrinsic factor 분비

 

위산 분비는 기본적으로 circadian pattern : 밤에 최고, 아침에 최저

 

[위산 분비 촉진]

vagus nerve : gastric secretion 촉진, 소화 촉진

G cell(Gastrin cell) : gastrin을 분비하여 위산을 분비시킴

histamine : 위산 분비 촉진

단백질, 칼슘, 커피, 술은 위산 분비 증가 시킴

 

 

[위산 분비 감소]

somatostatin : D cell 에서 분비되어 3가지 기전으로 위산 억제 (Parietal cell 직접 억제 / gastrin 감소 / histamine 감소)

(hyperglycemia가 있을 때 더이상 영양 필요 없으니 소화를 저하시키기 위해 somatostatin 이 위산 분비를 감소 시킴)
